This switchyard intercepted two existing 115kV lines, created an alternate line terminal for a close 115kV tap and created a line terminal to be the point of interconnection for Cassadaga Wind Farm. RAE performed the detailed engineering design for this greenfield 115kV six breaker ring bus switchyard to National Grid standards and specifications. All aspects of the detailed engineering design and calculations for this project were the responsibility of RAE.
